Lets all be smart and use our head and vote NO!, then lets turn our attention to getting rid of the IAM. I heard the IBT will be comming hard after us now that they have brought in United. The Iam has showed there true self with all the lies they are in bed with the company. all the years we had teamsters the company would not let them on property without permission and poof the IAM comes on and they get office space in the hanger in PHX next thing you'll see them in the sky boxes or on the floor at the suns play-off games drinking with Parker.
It's time to vote NO! then get rid of the IAM

''320'' I couldn't agree more with you. We as a workforce are lacking the word ''force''.
We are employed by the company and owe them what we are paid for. We own the union,
supposedly, and they in turn work for us as a go between for us to the company and the IAM
has never lived up to that. They have become more of a neutral party seeking thier own
interests.
