JETBLUE CONSIDERING BERMUDA

Bermuda Transport Minister, Dr Ewart Brown, latest talks with JetBlue don’t seem to have made much progress on whether the cut-price carrier will compete on the New York-Bermuda route.
Dr Brown returned from a US meeting with the airline’s vice president for planning Dave Ulmer saying that he hoped JetBlue would be flying to Bermuda by summer 2003.
However, a press spokesman for JetBlue said There’s nothing official. We''re keeping our options open on destinations in the coming years - we have many more cities on our list than we can serve but Bermuda is one we''re considering.
