Inflight Supervisor

Description:
Supervise a group of Inflight crewmembers and monitors their performance, manners, appearance and compliance with procedures and regulations. Perform administrative duties, and prepare reports on activities and discussions. Investigate complaints and job performance discrepancies and takes corrective action as necessary. Ensure understanding of job-related information by observing Inflight crewmembers while on duty and by conducting one-on-one discussions. On a consistent basis, complete Inflight observations evaluating Inflight crewmembers and problems that effect the customer?s perception of JetBlue Airways. Work Inflight as a qualified flight attendant when necessary and handle special projects of a miscellaneous nature.
Minimum Qualification:
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
Minimum 5 years customer service experience.
Able to work under pressure in a team environment.
Able to demonstrate a Passion for taking Care of customers with Integrity while having Fun and doing it all Safely.
Willing to think outside the box to find a way to say "YES" to the customer.
Must successfully complete JetBlue Airways Inflight Training program.
Legally authorized to work in the USA.
Need to pass a 10 year security background check and a drug test.
Skills/Experience:
Ability to read, write, and speak English coupled with effective communication skills. Computer literate, previous supervisory experience.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, college preferred
