Does anybody know why the KL/AZ alliance fell apart? Was it not because of the inability of the Italian autohrities to consodilate everything at Milan Malpensa Airport or something similar? Or did it have to do with the inability of AZ to reorganize as a company to KL liking? Or a combination of both?
