NwA had a worse reputation for bad labor relations before de-regulation when the profit equalization was still in force. Seems like every contract was settled with a strike before hand.
When is someone going to admit that there are two side in this labor-management dance party?
Either party reacts to the initiatives of the other, and I have witnessed some idiots who should have been fired for their attitude, and just funnying ways, a reason I chose never to consider management, constantly babying otherwise grownup people along is more than I can stomach, bad enough to listen to them.
I know have been know to flog dead horses myself. It''s a bad habit that is hard to break. Interesting that only the good habits can be quickly forgotten.
