Today is Labour day, and I hope everyone knows it's significance.
I'm enjoying the day off, and decided to give thanks to all those union people that made this day possible.
But I'm wondering if the union days of past are becomming passe. Most companies no longer need unions as they have gotten with the times and realised that to get quality people, you need a quality environment.
The companies still mired in union movements I pity them, but please, give the lazy, untrained guys with great social skills, a place to call home so that we can still enjoy this last long weekend in what has been a glorious end to the summer. 😀 (27C today and very sunny, it can't get any better than this)
