How much do you leads or supervisors get per hour over a regular ramp agent?

Here at Delta we don't have leads. We had ALA(which means Assign Load Agent) they only make 135 dollars more a month. The top off here at Delta is 3140 month not including shift diffential. Supervisors are on merit so I don't know how much more they make.
