Loose = opposite of tight
Lose = opposite of win

So we are "losing" money, not "loosing" it.

I am sorry, but I have seen this error so many times on this board, that I just had to say something. I know we all know better...

Even though you could probably say that we have been losing money because GangWolf were so loose with it! Wine cellar, anyone? :(

I feel the same way about those that confuse the words:

[YOUR] - 1 : of or relating to you or yourself or yourselves especially as possessor or possessors

[YOU'RE] - 1 : contraction meaning: you are

Please do not confuse the two when posting on these boards. Their pronunciations are different, as well as their meanings.

A320PAX,

Thank you for speaking up on this matter. I have been wanting to speak up for a long time, but I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. If I did, I'm apologize but the grammar misinterpretations had to be brought to the light.
