When the US Airways flight landed around 10:49 a.m., Paul was charged with consuming beer/wine underage, disorderly conduct and being intoxicated and disruptive.

Liberty & Freedom does trump all most of the time

However an appropriate roll for the government at any level is the enforcement of contracts. The young Mr Paul when he purchased his ticket and boarded the flight he was bound by the Airlines Contract of Carriage and the rules set forth by the FAA which is part of the contract. Clearly from the article he violated the terms of his contract. Shortly he will learn that the flip side of Liberty is being responsible for ones actions.

I've no sympathy for him. He appears to have acted like many spoiled brat children of celebrities & politicians. If I wee him I'd be moe afraid of Grandpa then the law.

This teenager did what zillions of other teens do, which was to try to 'get away with something' illegal(and got caught) !
Why is this kid any worse than any of the stunts pulled by the huge Kennedy clan ?

The fact that his Grandfather is a decent politician, or the fact that his ol' man is a total DICK HEAD (politician), has very little to do with this situation !
