If there's anyone in a position to know, that is.

First, we express agents at PIT were told that mainline's going to be handling the 170s.

Now, we're receiving "flyers" on how to fill out the new OF11s for the 170s. And, the flight releases for the proving runs are showing up in our system.

Does anyone know for sure who's supposed to be handling these flights in PIT? Logic would tell me that PSA is, but logic doesn't seem to serve well around here...

The scope for mda may include any work as provided for in article 4
paragraphs a and b of the fleet service agreement.

also the company will operate mda as a seperate division within usairways.

mda fsa will be considered as a new classification group.
