USAirways was originally going to do MIA-BDA, but FLL waived landing fees. USAirways' FLL-BDA service, which has done very well, is subsidized by the Bermuda government which guarantees a break-even load factor. Plus there are Tyco executives to put into F class.

MIA-BDA would rock, it's long overdue.
