Midway Unpaying Bills

Does anyone know what is going on with Midway? The last I had heard, they have "settled" their claims by former employees with the stipulation that Midway will pay "what they can" "when they can". That sounds to me like NOTHING and NEVER. And now they are asking to get money back for bills legitimately paid. At some point, PR will have to come into play, I would think. It still seems dis-organized rather than re-organized.

It seems like the empployees are realistic in that they see there is no money in the till anyway....Hey I lost good money on this stock but not my job, so I really cant say "I feel your pain"

Oh..how I miss JI. I long for those days of traveling with dignity, the employees were GREAT, too bad mgmt (led by Fergusaon) ran this carrier into the ground.
