MN Senate Ruling Deals Coleman Setback

Let me type this slow so you can follow. Eric says Justice is blind. Garfield says no, its political and that the President picks a judge's and the senate confirms them. Then I added that The House can impeach a federal judge and the senate can convict them and keep them from holding any other federal office. See it is all political.
