Probably.  They are politicians.  
 
The rub which you continually ignore is that the Doms don't care what consenting adults do.  Most of us understand that it is none of our business what others do and we are not seeking to pass laws preventing people for having equality.  Most dems do not preach sanctity of marriage while they are cheating on their spouse.  
 
I do not care that Clinton cheated on his wife.  I do not care that Barney Frank is gay.  None of my business and it does not affect us.  When a politician tries to pass defense of marriage BS while cheating that does affect me.  When a politician promotes and votes for legislation denying equality to gays while he/she is on a gay site trying to get laid, that us.
