Then, they had to yank all the star flights to fix it, near as I can tell.

But hey--these guys are smart. I'm really in the wrong business--I should be selling risk management and QA consulting to US. They apparently don't know understand the first bit about either.

Can't wait to hear about how well this one was tested, just like the last upgrade........

We've had some problems with ITA on the vacations side all day getting flights to even show up in the reservation system. Nothing we can do as they have to fix things on their side.

Yup. We're switching to discounted published airfare! 🙂

Buddy of mine works for Sabre.. they warned HP about everything and mentioned how unstable Shares can be without lots of testing.

Amazing how the ETC worked fine with Sabre, amazing how the website worked without too many glitches on Sabre.......

Let us not forget that in addition to the website having problems all the time it is ugly. There is NOTHING visually appealing about that website. Stuff is all over the place with little black print. The website is definately not user friendly. The old website we had worked fine towards the end. If they could have added the HP interactive route map and open seat maps it would have been fine. It was easy to navigate around.

Graphic design like beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Personally I'm OK with the design, it's the reliability that sucks.

That's correct, Piney. People don't necessarily remember "pretty" sites, but they remember sites that don't work... they remember not to go back to them.
