Leads me to believe they're obsolete by spook standards.

Leads me to believe they're obsolete by spook standards.

They appear to be stripped of most of the "spook" goodies but what isn't obsolete by DoD standards? Improved mirrors and all the goods for NASA's prospective projects appear to be in place.

I speculate that these two new satellites probably don't require glasses...

I'm excited! 🙂 But this will take time to launch so appreciate the "current" Hubble in the mean time and look forward to the next...

It the Hubble launched April 24 1990. Mission length of over 22 years have elapsed...

I say sell 'em to a private company and use the proceeds to fund projects NASA really wants to work on, since the Nobama admin. cut funds to them !
