New Business Class Seats

Probably nicer than the existing J seats, but clearly second-best to true flat horizontal seats (ala British Airways). IMO, a huge waste of money for something that is already not state of the art.

I wonder how you squeeze a size 13 shoe with a foot/leg rest that is buried under the seat in front of it. :down:

I'd hate to be the person in the window seat trying to climb over someone who is sleeping to get out. Looks a little tight too
I doubt my size 12 would fit under there except sideways. And, as soon as I tried to turn in my sleep, my feet would be caught under the seat in front of me and I would get tossed into the aisle.
What were they thinking? (Assuming thought process went into this.
)Miaami, you are right. Ain't no way the window seat person can get out without straddling the aisle seat person if they are asleep.

Customers are already ranting about the seat (as opposed to raving about it). If the picture is a realistic representation it looks like AA has tried (unsuccessfully) to stuff a 20 lb turkey into a 10 lb oven. :down:

Wow, what a visual! I wonder what bonus will be paid for that design. I hope there is more space than appears in the pictures. And the good news is non revs will now be able to board in business class, window seat..lol
