New US cities

Love MCI but that is one odd airport. Yes it's convenient to get from car through security to gate but as a connecting facility? I think it's a bad structure. Your right though, every airline minus "WN" has not had a good experience with MCI. WN doesn't "hub" though right? ;)

GRR is not new either, we used to serve it out of our DAY hub back in the day.



When I worked in PIT (1985-86) We operated DC9's into GRR, about 3 or 4 a day. I believe they became an express station in 2001 after 9/11. As PIT was slowly de-hubbed, GRR was closed completely, same story in TOL.

Today, we don't hear about new cities being founded often. But it still happens.. An investor Marc Lore who is an entrepreneur has revealed plans to develop a new city in the US which will be named Telosa Jurupa Valley is a city which officially became the youngest city in the US on July.
