Don't need a task force to see that Parker messed up with his appointment.

Yo Doug, let Kirby take care of yields etc and get someone in there that can run an operation.

Yep---just look at those stats...maybe those are too many numbers for Doug to comprehend....Kirby should be buried in Tempe sand for the poor job he's doing.....right next to Doug.

LOL, no the only west person at LGA is a CSA who actually is a decent agent, just needs an occasional 'tude adjustment. The ones 777 refers to sadly came from East, street, or Express.

Jeff McClelland was the operations guru for the west until his untimely death. In spite of his rough demeanor, he had a pretty good grip on the operational issues. Dougwiser would always defer to Jeff regarding the technical aspects of the operation. Meanwhile, Scott K. has no clue about running that part of the business. He can barely figure out marketing. There are many routes we have abandoned while flying full aircraft both ways - part of his and Dougwiser's plan to shrink the airline to profitability.

Scotty proved his lack of insight at a bag lunch in the training center earlier this spring. He was asked why so many flights were arriving late - consistently late. His response: we're running a great operation but the JETSTREAM is not cooperating. The 40 or 50 folks in attendance, mostly pilots, couldn't believe their ears.

and you know otherwise? East was actually making money prior to Dougies announcement. HP has decidedly denigrated the US product, perhaps condemning it to oblivion.
