Not sure where you got your numbers from... the only potential layoffs announced are the pilots 250 in nov and 250 in first quarter. I think the numbers will be MUCH greater than 400 for the f/as based on pilot numbers!

Sorry I couldnt get it to format over easier. These numbers were sent to me from a CWA rep, but nothing advising if these are CWA or Company numbers. I also know there are some cities with retirements that are not included in these numbers.

You can check out the flight info HERE

Regarding the West Coast Service Cuts, Nov is when many of the Western flights get cut and realigned (normally) North and South. Summer is the busy season out West. At least they didnt close any cities there altogether. Mainline in DAY/SDF/YUL appears gone.

Yep, the company reported to AFA (and on CATCREW) they would be laying off 487 f/a's December 2nd. I suspect a similar additional amount of f/a's will be laid off in the Spring when the rest of the pilots are laid off.

At this point there are still 864 f/a's out on Involuntary Furlough.

what about the other stations above not losing any? (ie RIC, IAD, SFO, IAH?)Is this the number of CWA replacements or fleet? If these are not losing any CWA's do you think they will lose any rampers?
