Pre-tax amounts for flexible spending arangements. Ignore it when preparing your return unless you live in a state where you have to add this amount back in when preparing your state return (NY is one such state).
I'm not sure about ignoring it but it change any thin with my return but I have some friends that say the number is 1400 or more mine was less than 300
so I don't see ignoring it I put it in.
