My name is William Anderson and I'm a entrepreneur who is into UI/UX app design which I do for various corporations with my business partner. I have a meeting with Delta Airlines in the next couple of weeks to pitch them on a marketing idea and a new rewards system to hopefully get a variety of customers to be more engaged with Delta. However, my question is how do you guys feel about the current delta reward system (Skymiles Loyalty Program) that's in place? How can it be better to be more enticing to customers to continue to travel Delta?
