Panda Titanium Vs Norton

Anyone know which antivirus program is better, Panda Titanium or Norton?

I have no first hand experience with the Panda product. I am, however familiar with Norton Anti Virus and with McAfee. I have have had various versions of Norton Anti Virus installed on my computers over the years, including the 2004 Professional version installed on this computer. I have McAfee 8.0 running on my old computer. It is no contest. NAV wins hands down. Had I was not been limited to activating the Norton product on only two computers, and if I did not get the McAfee program for only $8, I'd have Norton running on all of our household computers.

What do I know? The Download site rates the McAffee program considerably higher than either Norton or Panda.

I have used both Norton (anti virus) and McAfee (firewall), and was happy with both. Have never used Panda titanium, though. By the way, on Comcast, they had a free 1 year trial for McAfee awhile back.....

Thank you, I had Norton but was unable to remove a virus and a friend told me to try Panda. First I removed Norton then downloaded Panda Titanium free trial and this did the trick, now I'm virus free. I was reluctant at first since I had always used Norton but now I'm debating if I should stay with Norton or buy Panda. I went to the links you provided and read the reviews for Panda and I don't seem to have any of the problems other people are mentioning with the exception of tech support, I haven't used them yet....... Decisions! Decisions!

Thank you, I already decided on Panda Titanium 2004. I will keep Avast in mind for next time. 🙂
