Has the service charge for parents started yet? $15.00 per direction plus segment and security fees....If so, how do we pay? Do we have to get tickets for them? Can they get the tickets themselves?

Finally got through to employee travel. The service charge is supposed to start 1/1/06, but the program is not yet finished, AND employees in the travel department won't be back to work until 1/3.

The agent told me that even if it does go into effect, tkt counter agents won't know how to use the new program, so it will be a while.

They should be able to ticket themsevles. Segment and security fees run about 11.00 for each segment. So if they are making a connection, they will need to pay for the segment/security fees again.
