They are not right for ATO. Current top out is $17/hr putting us just $46 per month above AirTran at number 8 at $2946 per month base. We are even below Jetblue if these numbers for the other carriers are correct. Also the amend date is 2011 or 12 now as well. :down:

We are $892/month less than WN and 23.2% behind.

What needs to be added to the chart is the average number of hours worked to ensure we are comparing apples to apples.

Don't forget, "mainline express" employees can only dream of USD 17/hr!
