Personal plan B''s?

Mine is investments oriented , nearing a done deal, and thats all I will elaborate on.
The chicken "sheet" folks doing all the whining, bashing, and barking against the "rogues" are the ones who have no plan B and are taking their inadequacies and lack of preparation out on the those who have backbone and pride in their work and what they have put into this company for "X" nbr of years.

What are others out there doing as there personal plan B? I saw Reality Check said he had one. Mine is to open an AAMCO transmission shop. I have the wheels turning and plan to open in the first quarter of 2003. At that time I will either take a leave of absence or quit.
