From my standpoint on the ground everything is going very well. I can tell you that I had almost 55 bags to run off of a flight yesterday, most of which were extremely hot (their connecting flights were leaving in about 10-15 minutes) and I made sure to get all of them where they needed to go. Even if I had to negotiate with the gate crew to throw them on. I can only imagine someone arriving without a bag that might contain presents or something. I wouldn't want that happening to me!

I love that the measuring stick of success for this airline is not completely focking everything up to he11. Way to go LCC.

😉 😉 😉 Yes it is great to hear, but lets HOPE that US mgmt realizes it and commends the employee for his hard work! Thats what the "service " industry is all about. Something US never figured out, until it was to late! Now THAT is the Christmas spirit! Keep up the good work! Merry Christmas Jonnyd.
Let's hope Jonnyd's attitude is more contagious than the flu!

Haven't heard any horror stories on the news yet...I hope that is a good sign.
Anyone have their pulse on the ground in PHL care to share with the rest of us?
