Pilot Uniforms

It is my understanding that Pilots are no longer required to wear our jackets, is this correct? I was told that Dave put out a memo that said the blazers are optional, but you can wear the new sweater if you choose and the jacket doesn''t have to be worn. Any comments?

only problem with the sweater is that they wont conceal your Glock .
