Plane Held Overnight After Dispute Involving Iraqis From Detroit


SAN DIEGO (AP) -- All passengers on an American Airlines redeye flight to Chicago were ordered off a plane after complaints about a group of Arabic-speaking Iraqi men who were on their way home to Detroit.

The incident forced passengers to stay overnight.

The six Iraqi passengers had been training Marines at Camp Pendleton and worked for Defense Training Systems, a unit of International Logistics Services Corp. of Anchorage, Alaska, said Dave Stephens, the company's chief executive officer.

Local law enforcement questioned the men, who were quickly released, said American spokesman Tim Wagner. The Transportation Security Administration did not get involved, said agency spokesman Nico Melendez.

Everyone can be as P/C as they want, but the truth be told there is going to racial profiling whether we like it or not. Its the old 1 bad apple spoils the bunch, since 9/11 people watch anyone whos of Middle Eastern descent, this dosen't mean that they are bad, its just the fact that it was these extremists who attacked the U. S. Now when I say Extremists I mean the Muslim Extremists, granted there are Muslims who are wonderful people, but its the extremists who taint the muslim religion, and its because of their beliefs, everyone else gets the preordained belief that all are bad. Lets be honest here, if it had been Oriental terrorists, Black, Green, Orange or whatever color, people would come to the same conclusion, everyone of that color was bad and would be watching them.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, people on an airliner will never be victims again, they will fight back just as those brave people did on UA93, may they forever rest in peace.

I would like to see you back up your PC tough talk next time you travel, and 5 or 6 of these stereotypical looking potential terrorists gets on board. Add to the fact, these guys knew the reaction they would get - so they could file a lawsuit. So why not get on board and act a little suspicious, do and say things that are borderline suspicious - but not enough to get in trouble - will stand up in court in their favor. Could be a lot of money in a settlement. They would get all the free help they could possibly need from CAIR to the ACLU.

Our biggest problem here in the good ole USA is liberal apologists and their stinking PC claptrap. Had it not been for political correctness, those scumbag terrorists on 911, would never have gotten on board those aircraft, much less into this country.

I would say that this statement gives one possible scenario.
