It appears Custom is in Rankin. This is from their web site, "CUSTOM, with its head office located at Winnipeg/St. Andrew's Airport, also maintains fulltime bases with hanger and maintenance facilities at Thompson, Gillam, Island Lake, and Churchill in Manitoba, Rankin Inlet in the Northwest Territories, as well as field operations located throughout Canada."
I'm not sure if there are other operators or not. :blink:
