These three were working as my camp cooks on Alberta Fires last year. Damn shame you were all in B.C.!!

Anyone remember these familiar faces from the Chilko Lake Fire? We sure were roughing it!

It won't be too long before the fire season is upon us again. It is drying up fast in BC so far this spring...

There was a fair size grass fire North of Springbank airport this afternoon, started by a train. Interesting, that it was snowing quite hard yesterday and fires today! I believe Alpine had a 407 with some bucket support with the 18 fire engines!

It's 0600 out here in the Rocks on a cloudless AM, and just about to light off the two pratts and burn a whole bunch of Jet fuel today 😀
