Remember when?

Remember when the six year 6.5% contract went through? The company had thrown in an early out 5 and 5 package to the TWU? You know, the same 5 and 5 the rest of the employees were being offered? Well that package sailed right through because of the I GOT MINE mentality of the senior guys nearing or at retirement age. Well guess what, boys and girls? That same mentality is showing its presence again. I have already heard from senior, retirement-age mechanics who have said AT LEAST THEY DIDN'T F*** WITH THE PENSIONS. I'M GONNA RETIRE ANYWAY AND THE PAYCUT AND VACATION LOSS DOESN'T AFFECT ME.
