I think if you can load packages and are available for shifts between 0100-0600 and want to reside in MEM, they may have a slot for you.

Look here: https://www.pilotcredentials.com/careers/index.php. You will also need to start networking because you'll need recommendations from at least 3 FedEx pilots. Good Luck.
