Res Phones Signing out and using up ur personal time....while working on difficult situations...

feel this area needs to be looked into...if anyone has been written up on an adherence level
be sure to have it disputed..it''s sad while working on problem we have to sign in and out of kepad more than once...if we notice..if not it goes towards out personal unaccounted for time...think this needs to be addressed.

Try pressing call work twice but you are right. You have to keep watching your phone. lose-lose situation.
