Interesting choice, considering the wonderful things UA's senior management and BOD did for their company.

_______________

Dutta was vice president of United Airlines Inc. from 1985 through 2002. Dutta serves on the board of Marscico Capital and the board of trustees of the Ravinia Festival. He is also a past member of United's board of directors, according to court documents.

If you check out the companies that
these folks are with there's no doubt
they're in the heavyweight division.
Apollo Mgmt,billion dollar investment group.Houlihan Lokey etc.,mergers,invest.
HGK ,good size asset management group.
Dutta and Mirka former airline execs.

I'm not one to start rumors but could
this be tied to a "unique corporate transaction"?

I just read the article detailing the new members of the BOD. Chip should enjoy having a former member of the CIA on the Board of Directors. Perhaps with this man's covert skills he will be able to unmask Chip's 'reliable anonymous sources'.
