With this much money involved at this point isn't time for the SEC and or the FBI to get involved to look into Federal Racketeering.
 
Any collusion by the company could as well put them in jeopardy.  Knowingly giving the crooks of the TWU money slated for the employees, only to have it misplaced and plan on getting kick backs.

What I heard was that some  guys in OH got more than they should have from the 757 grievance than they should have received because they left out guys from DWH, where the grievance originated. 
 
Should be an easy fix as long as we get another payout, the guys who received too much would have that amount deducted from their final payout and the guys who were shorted would get what was deducted from the guys who got too much.

They said they couldnt determine who should get paid for the grievance so everyone got paid on it. I havent heard anyone gloating about getting a pay out from the grievance that didnt work the 757 but I have heard guys saying it wasnt right that they received shares for it. They also put out a memo stating that 189,000 shares were distributed to keep the reserve at 14%. Without a statement breakdown how is will anyone know what shares were part of the grievance and which ones were part of the reserve excess distributed to maintain the 14%?  I dont think this is what the topic is about though.

In other words there was no accountability with any of the distributions! TWU, doing what they do best....NOTHING!
Why hasn't the TWU provided all members a statement breakdown? I have been saying this from Day 1, with each distribution there should have been a statement explaining how it was determined how many shares each of us were alloted.
