Rumor of Possible LGA Flight Reductions

Okay. We all know the PIT horse is dead as far as the little boys in the sand box are concerned, and that's pretty much been accepted by the front line agents. They have whittled it down to 50 flights per day with the majority of them operated by Repugnant and Air Whiskey.

There is a nasty rumor circulating that direct flights from PIT-LGA will be eliminated by September, and that rumor came about after an alleged meeting between an IAM representative and the PIT Ramp Manager.

My question on this board is, does anyone have direct knowledge of this alleged service reduction, or can anyone put this rumor to rest so that the rank and file in PIT can stop holding their breath?

I know, I know....nothing that happens in PIT is fact until the Post-Gazette makes it official because the company does not have the nads to announce anything until it is already released to the press. Just asking if anyone knows the truth or cares to lay this rumor to rest?
