This news from another web site:Captain Paul Gene Petraglia:

Paul hired on at USAirways in 1989, and most recently was a MidAtlantic
Captain based in PHL.

He contracted pneumonia over Memorial Day and was subsequently diagnosed
with late stage lung cancer. Paul passed on June 30th.

Fly West Paul, a flight we must all take. Blue skys and tailwinds always.
He will be sorely missed

May he rest in Peace. Although I don't recognize him by name, I'm sure that I met him at one time, since my former station had several Mid Atlantic flights a day.
