Search Function

I have tried to use the function and have been totally unsuccessful. I abandoned my efforts because I figured I was too much an amateur to understand the instructions and the error message.

But now a user with over 1,000 posts has described the function as worthless.

What am I/are we doing wrong? I''ll be glad to outline my efforts if it helps.
