MOSCOW, Dec. 23 (UPI) -- When it officially closed its airspace to NATO military aircraft on Nov. 23, Uzbekistan undoubtedly undermined the logistics system of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan amid a general logistical crisis caused by the American pullout from Khanabad.
