I can't confirm any news about Sr, VP's bailing out....but the lower end of the executive branch is changing in a number of areas. Here's a few examples from the Maintenance and Materials end of the operation to chew on.
(1) Daryl Hartzell has retired as of 1 Jan 04. (This was forecasted for sometime)
(1a) Tom McMullen has been promoted to Managing Director of Technical Operations and will assume the majority of Daryl's duties. He will report directly to VP of Mt. John Prestifillipo
(2) Elizabeth (Liz) Jackson has resigned to persue other interests , effective 30 Jan 04
(2a) Jay Jenkins will assume her position as Managing Director of Materials
(3) Mark Swearingin has resigned to persue other interests outside the company.
Here's some additions or changes being made.
(1) Steve Borzilleri will assume the responsibilities for Maintenance Planning and the Tool Room functions. He will report to Tom McMullen
(2) Nelson Conarroe has accepted the position of Director of Technical Operations at the PHL Hub. He will report to Tom McMullen.
(3) Kevin Brickner has been promoted to Director of Maintenance Planning and will report to VP of Maintenance John Prestifillipo.
(4) Andy Coghe will continue to be responsible for "In-House Shop Production"..but will now report to VP of Maintenance John Prestifillpo.
(5) Joe Maloy will continue to be responsible for Maintenance Control....but will now report directly to VP of Maintenance John Prestifillipo.
According to our esteemed VP of Maintenance .....he anticipates further restructuring as we continue to analyze our current structure and find ways to improve efficiency and communications throughout our organization.
