Does any one ever notice why some are catered to on the bid and other's , well no consideration given?
2 senior agents sked stays the same, no prob with that- part timers,high sen, with the exception of 1 agents 26 yrs , her sked NEVER changes.
Im no newby either..no weekend's off on days, except hers, and nites has an abundance.
Makes me puke each time the bid is out.
and dont say quit- this is not an option. We have given suggestions and it falls on deaf ears.
