Starting a new Airline

my name is James and i am currently 17. I am really really interested in starting a new airline, but as i am only 17 i would be in need of some assistance and some co-owners . I can guarantee you that i am very serious about this. I am ready to put my time, heart, and dedication into this. Please let me know if anyone is interested.
