This makes the THIRD Time that the Chief Justice, Re-Plug appointed John Roberts, has sided with Kagan, Sotomayer, Ginsburg and Bryer. First with Obamacare, a second with Nancy Pelosi, and now this.
I had brought this up months ago about the Chief Justice, not being a 'Tool' for the RE-PLUGS.
I'm taking bets, on how John Roberts will rule on the M O R O N S National Emergency case, when it gets to the SCOTUS !!
