This question is for someone who works at a low fare Airline. I am a former Customer Service Supervisor/Manager for a major Airline. I am currently applying with low fare Airlines for that same postion. I have 14 years of experience. Should I be concered that I might be passed over since I come from a different type of corporate culture? I have submitted my resume via internet for a month now, and I have not seen any responses.
