The MM are probably in a bed in a dark room with a cold towel on their forehead, gasping for air over the obviously Communist-inspired rulings by the Court this week. Thank goodness I just read an "article" in The New Yorker magazine that the Orange One is going to create a Supremer Court (by Executive order) that can overrule the Supreme Court when he doesn't like the ruling. (Joke, people.)

The Administrative Procedure Act (APA), which makes federal agency actions reviewable by the courts, requires agencies to engage in what the Supreme Court previously called “reasoned decisionmaking.”


“We do not decide whether DACA or its rescission are sound policies. … We address only whether the agency complied with the procedural requirement that it provide a reasoned explanation for its action.”
