has been found to be a CONVICTED FELON(check fraud-numerous times). Go to the-mechanic.com to get the link to his records. LOCAL 567 needs to go thru it's books and see if this guy has stolen any money! KIRK lied about having an A+P license(which he doesn't have). KIRK WELLS has been caught spreading lies and rumors about AMFA. Now it turns out he's a THIEF also! Who knows what we are gonna find next!

I am in fact on the oscn website for a few traffic tickets and my uncontested divorce but that is all, most of us have had a traffic ticket at one time or the other so most of us are probably on oscn somewhere, you will not find any dirt on me at oscn if you wish to pull up my traffic tickets and my uncontested divorce then by all means help yourself, I would do it for you, but there are many Dan McCoys on the oscn website and I don't feel like wading through all of them, I will tell you this much when looking for the traffic tickets look for a 1995 Honda Accord if you find that then that might be me, when looking for my divorce look for my wifes name of Layla Marie, also I don't know if I am listed as Danny Ray McCoy or Dan Ray McCoy but those are the only two names that I go by.
so Hey guys go give it another shot but remember in order to get the right guy you must have more information than just their name as many people have the exact same name.
From what I understand there is more than one Kirk Wells on oscn as well but the researchers had more than just his name to help them verify that they had the right guy.
As far as whether we want to go here my answer even though there are no skeletons in my closet is No, but I will say that Kirk D. Wells did start this fight
when he filed charges against Dan Cunningham, from what I understand it is Dan
Cunningham that started this research and has reported what he found to the company because of what Kirk did to him, I guess he figured turnaround was fair play. Moral of the story is don't start something with someone if you have skeletons in your closet.

I have no plans to go after anybody nor do I wish for anybody to go after me.
maybe we should try to keep this professional and not go below the belt.

If your not speaking for anyone else, then why are you claiming Cunningham reported Kirk to the company?

I know Dan Cunnigham, and he is NO RAT!

You must forget one thing, Dan wasn't found guilty in the trial caused by Kirk, He showed us all the TWU's true wonder and frankly made fools of them. For that he will thank Kirk, not seek revenge.

And he is now the only member that I know of that has been banned for life from the TWU. And I'll bet he wears that verdict as a badge of honor.

Where you get that he would want revenge is beyond me.

Kirk and the TWU are playing Dan's game and the last thing he would seek is what you claim.
