The Lead Flight Attendant on the trip I just completed is retiring after 35 years of service. This individual started out at PSA and was a true asset to this company. On this trip she personally thanked each member of our armed services on our flight from BWI, and never failed to provide personal attention to each and every passenger. The passengers were absolutely oustanding in their expressions of gratitude to this wonderful employee. She had tears in her eyes at every stop, and I truly appreciate the support and friendship shared by employees and passengers alike during this final trip for another great employee.
