Just wanted to thank the personnel in GSO for an outstanding job the other day when the commuter went down in CLT. We were diverted to GSO along with a bunch of other a/c. The fuelers were prompt, the agents kept the pax informed and dealt with any questions they had, and the ground support were ready to go when we were ready to push. One agent told me he was on his day off when he heard of the crash. He called to see if they needed him to come in, and they did. I''m sure there were others just like him. I wish management would realize the quality of people that are at this airline. They are not going to find some 18 year-old making 8 bucks an hour who would be this conscientious.
