The Sga Continues At Midway

Can I just ask why ANY new hire in ANY industry should be allowed more than 15 out of 84 total work days (nearly 20%) for sick leave during the first 6 months of work?! Most industries have a 3-days and out policy during the first 6 months of employment...and that is with many more work days (roughly 120 in 6 months).

I do know that the current employees of Midway are not in a very good position and that alot is being asked of them. But I do not count the fact that Fergy wants to limit sick days in the first 6 months to 15 as a sacrafice. Most don't even get that many vacation days!


On another note....looks like Beta Capital (who are they anyway) pulled out...not unexpectedly. How long will the courts allow JI to limp along?! I know that the current deadline for liquidation is Sept 24th but this is about the 10th such deadline. Don't be suprised if it is extended once again.
